Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your best chance to create a strong first impression on buyers before they walk into your home. The good and bad features that jump out at buyers shape their first perception of your house and how you perform home's regular maintenance.
Acknowledging this helps us to decide what actions we can take to invite buyers from the street and into your house. If your house isn't the best it can look on the outside with refreshed paint and bright greenery we'll need to tackle those issues. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and elevate your home's final selling price.

Welcome Home
Can buyers see themselves lounging in your living area, relaxing in your spa tub or getting work done in your home office? We want your house to welcome buyers and give them a sense of easy living. I'll help you accomplish this by recommending changes that enhance the features of your place.
I'll suggest that you reduce the effect of pieces that give the impression of clutter. Tabletops should be free and clear. Kitschy sculptures, souvenirs, family photos, and kids' artwork should get stored away too. We'll simplify the decor of house. Less than inviting or dirty places make your home look less spacious and buyers have a harder time imagining themselves living there.
I'll look over every room of your home. I'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be rearranged, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, carpet needing to get changed, fixtures that need polishing, and any other improvement that can easily be made to positively influence the sale.
We'll ensure your house has mass appeal and that it's comfortable, staying away from "offensive" or "too-bright" shades on the walls and furniture. And if the house is empty, you can consider temporary furniture. You want your place to look inviting as opposed to cold and deserted.

Setting the Stage
During your Open House, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. To counteract darkness is a mood changer and we'll draw back curtains, and create light where needed to welcome the buyer. We'll enhance the mood of the house with enjoyable music playing softly and make sure a delightful scent circulates throughout your house. We'll make use of cozy-looking bedspreads, and pillows on your couch and bedding. We want buyers to feel like your current home has the potential to be. |
